FORMS

A. EVERYONE attending needs to fill out a Supplemental Info Form. Select the correct form as indicated in your Welcome email.  These forms are posted in the Registration Zone.

B. Cadets that will not be 18 before the first day of the activity must complete the “Cadet-Minors Only Parent Permissions” in Registration Zone (download, print, obtain signatures, scan, upload in Registration Zone).

All forms are due no later than 31 March.
